How school participation works
The school site supports tournament entries, fixtures, competition chat and results. The actual game is played separately. Ask the school's esports teacher about devices, supervision, game suitability, attendance and any school permission requirements.
Account creation and competition eligibility are separate. School-site accounts require age 13 or older; each event and game can have additional requirements. Do not create a player account on behalf of a younger child to bypass the age requirement.
Following a student's competition
This school account flow offers Player and Teacher roles, with no dedicated parent dashboard. Parents can read these guides without signing in and view tournament information or results that the organiser publishes publicly.
Ask your student and their teacher to confirm the next fixture and any changes. Keep students' passwords and personal game links private. A parent's email in a student roster can prevent the student's own account from finding the team.
Privacy and concerns
Opponent-facing school rosters use first names and in-game usernames rather than student emails or last names. Authorised staff and team managers may access private details needed for their responsibilities.
Read this organisation's participant privacy notice for its data use, retention and contact details. For a child's information or a privacy request, contact the organisation through the details in that notice; identity and authority may need to be checked.
For participation or conduct concerns, start with the school teacher. For immediate safety concerns, contact the school's appropriate staff or local emergency help; a tournament support ticket is not an emergency service.
