Who can see roster information
Opponent-facing school rosters show first names and in-game usernames. Student emails, last names, student IDs and other private roster fields are excluded from those views and public rosters.
Authorised teachers, team managers and staff can access information needed for their role. Their access is limited by the school, team, event and organisation. Chat visibility is different from a public roster: relevant staff can review competition conversations.
Manage your data
- Open Your Data in the dashboard to see what is held and the organisation's retention information.
- Use Download a copy for your personal export. Some information involving other people or sensitive reviews needs a separate privacy review.
- Use the request form for a correction, deletion or another data request. Explain the records involved without adding unnecessary private information.
- Read the participant privacy notice for contact details. Parents or people without account access can contact the organisation using those details.
Profiles across related sites
If you use a Gamer Profile across a site family, review its visibility and account controls as well as the local site's records. A site profile, a shared sign-in account and a family Gamer Profile serve different purposes; removing one does not necessarily remove every competition record.
Retention and deletion depend on the organisation's published notice and any records it needs to retain. Use a privacy request to clarify what will be removed and what needs review.
