A separate entry mode
A designated Under-13 event uses teacher-managed entries. Younger students do not create school-site accounts, and students cannot create teams for these events. Ask the school teacher whether the organiser offers an appropriate event.
Approved teachers manage these entries and confirm that players fall within the event's age range. Student coordinators cannot manage Under-13 teams.
Enter only the requested information
Use the event's teacher registration form. In Under-13 mode the roster does not collect player emails, student IDs, exact ages or gender; use the name and game fields shown and the responsible-adult age confirmation.
Do not put a parent's email into a hidden or unrelated field to create player access. The teacher manages participation and communication and should explain the school's supervision and permission arrangements to families.
