Chat, fair play and reporting concerns

Coordinate in the right room and report competition problems with useful evidence.

Use the competition room

Use match chat for lobby details, schedules and result questions, and the round lobby for round-specific communication. Keep messages respectful and follow the event's rules.

Authorised school teachers and competition staff can access relevant rooms. Treat chat as a supervised competition space. Do not post passwords, private play links, student IDs or unrelated personal information.

Ask for intervention

  1. Use Request an Admin in the match room when staff help is needed during a fixture.
  2. Use the player-report control where available for a player concern. Explain the incident, approximate time and relevant game or chat details.
  3. Keep useful screenshots, but remove unrelated private information. Staff review the report under the competition's rules; submitting a report does not itself change a result or impose a penalty.
  4. Tell your teacher about school or wellbeing concerns as well as making a competition report.

Images and room access

Chat and support images are restricted to people authorised to see that conversation. Do not redistribute someone else's screenshot or private information outside the competition.

A closed or completed room may no longer offer the same actions. Use Support for follow-up when the room controls are unavailable.
