Scores, confirmation and disputes

Confirm the right result, correct a mistake, or ask staff to resolve a disagreement.

Submit and review

Use Submit Score in the match room after playing. The opposing side must confirm or dispute your submission; you cannot confirm your own team's score. If you update a pending score, the other side needs to review the revised result.

A pending score is not automatically accepted after 24 hours. The platform sends confirmation reminders, and authorised staff can review outstanding submissions. Follow up in chat or Support if it remains unresolved.

Disagree or correct a mistake

  1. Review the score and team order before confirming. If it is wrong, use the available dispute control and explain what happened.
  2. Keep relevant game screenshots and describe the correct result in match chat. Avoid including unrelated personal information.
  3. Use Request an Admin for help in the match room. Staff review disputes and can resolve or correct results. If a result is already final, ask staff rather than submitting a second result.

Record an opponent default

When the opponent has defaulted, use the opponent-default option in the score form rather than inventing a played score. This remains a submission for confirmation or staff review. A disputed default needs staff resolution.

Defaults are tracked and repeated defaults can lead to withdrawal under the competition's policy. Ask your teacher or organiser about the outcome for your event.
