Rewards
If Rewards appears in your dashboard, open it to check your balance, awards and codes. A store may also be available. Review each item's price, availability and claim instructions before spending points.
Earning and purchases can be paused while existing balances, awards, codes and valid claims remain available. Reward eligibility depends on the site's settings. A result or vote does not guarantee an immediate award.
For a missing award, claim or code problem, choose the Rewards category in Support and include the relevant item or competition. Keep redemption codes private.
Gamer Profile and linked accounts
Account settings may include a Gamer Profile, game ratings, identity or visibility controls, and a Discord connection. Read each option before making information visible or linking an external account. These features do not replace the tournament's roster or eligibility checks.
Communities, clubs, badges and streams
Some sites enable Communities, My Clubs, Recruitment, Badges, Streams or additional competition series. Use the navigation available on your site and check the relevant community or event rules.
School tournament approval does not automatically provide a community staff role or access to every club event. If a feature is absent, it may be disabled rather than broken. Ask the organiser which features your site offers.
Find a team or club
Where Recruitment or a player pool is available, read its eligibility and visibility requirements before joining. A Gamer Profile may be required. Enter the requested game username and rank, and confirm the displayed age requirements; these can differ from the school account minimum.
Joining a pool is not a confirmed tournament entry. Review any proposed team and follow its accept or decline steps. If you volunteer as captain, check the responsibilities and registration steps shown. Use the withdrawal control if you no longer want to wait in the pool.
