Appoint and manage access
- If Student Coordinators is available, an approved teacher opens it from the dashboard.
- Select an eligible student and the appointment duration, then appoint them for your school.
- Use the list to review the expiry, renew the appointment or end access when it is no longer needed.
What changes for the student
An active coordinator can receive School Teams, Team Approvals and Register Team tools for permitted school events. Their access is tied to the appointment and responsible teacher; it is not an organisation administrator role.
Expiry, revocation or a change in eligibility can remove coordinator access. Some match operations, including Smart Match Recovery, still require a rostered player or school teacher. Ask your teacher when a control is unavailable.
