Create a team
- From your dashboard choose Create Team, then choose an open tournament and game.
- Enter the team name and division where offered. Select your school if required. For teacher-validated events, choose your teacher or enter their email. If the school is missing, use the school-not-listed option where available.
- Add the required players and substitutes within the displayed roster limits. Use each player's own email and correct in-game username. Complete any age, gender or student ID fields requested by the event.
- Review the roster and registration notices, then choose Register Team. Check the entry's status on your dashboard; submitting a team is not always approval to play.
Join a roster your teacher already entered
Create or sign in to your own account using the email on the roster. Team access is matched to that email. If the team is missing, ask your teacher to check the roster email before creating a duplicate entry.
An approved school team establishes your school for that tournament. You cannot represent another school in the same tournament, and duplicate participation in the same tournament game is checked during registration. Different events can have additional restrictions.
When approval is taking time
Ask your teacher to check Team Approvals and confirm that the email you entered is correct. A teacher who has not registered may need to create an account. Teacher approvals can be held while the teacher's own registration awaits approval.
A rejected or withdrawn entry is not ready to play. Read the notice and ask your teacher or support what needs correcting. Do not create another entry just to bypass a restriction.
Roster changes after registration
For teacher-managed events, ask your teacher to correct the roster. In events with no team validation, the rostered captain can manage the team through the available roster controls. Being on the roster does not give every player editing access.
A student-created pending entry can offer a delete control while it is still eligible for deletion. For an approved entry or a withdrawal, ask the responsible teacher or organiser.
